• Special discounts apply for crews on boats. Please contact at the email events@trinityevents.gr, by sending the Sea Service Book and your registration will be made through the organizers.
• To accredited journalists, the organizers provide free access and an individual invitation.. Please contact at the email: events@trinityevents.gr, by sending the Journalists’ Union membership ID and your registration will be made through the organizers.
• Until Wednesday the 18th of February 2026 at 23:59, registrations will be made exclusively through the Congress’s site platform https://gryachtingcongress.com/en/eggrafes-2026/.
• The registration platform will close on Thursday the 18th of February 2026, at 23:59. Tickets will be sold also, during the two days of the Congress (26 & 27 February 2026), at the registration desk with LATE BIRD TICKET PRICES.
• In the case of a sold-out earlier than Wednesday the 18th of February 2026, there will be an update through the Congress’s social media and registrations will necessarily close.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation of a ticket, the following apply:
• Cancellation until December 31, 2025: Refund of 80% of the ticket cost, after the end of the Congress
• Cancellation from January 1, 2026 onwards: The amount is not refunded under any circumstances.
• All cancellations must be made in writing, to the email events@trinityevents.gr
The entrance of delegates to the venue is controlled by electronic scanning of the QR CODE and non-registered participants will not be allowed to enter.
