• Registrations are made exclusively through the Congress’s official site.
• Each ticket is individual, cannot be transferable and cannot be used by a different person other than the one referred to.
• In the case sold out occurs earlier than 19/2/2025, there will be an announcement through the Congress’s social media and registrations will end.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation of a ticket, the following apply:

• Cancellation until the 8th of January 2025: 80% of the total amount of the ticket cost, will be refunded after the end of the Congress.
• Cancellation after the 9th of January 2025: Non refundable
• All cancelations must be made in writing, at the Congress’s email: events@trinityevents.gr

The entrance of the participants in the venue, is controlled by electronic scanning of the delegated card and non-registered people will not be allowed to enter.
