CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / OLIVE OIL SOMMELIER
Evangelos Tirpintiris is the Chief Operating Officer of Ol’eve, Falcon Ingredients' latest venture, where he has spearheaded innovative projects that blend his expertise in extra virgin olive oil with luxury services. He is a certified Olive Oil Sommelier through the New York International Olive Oil Council (NYIOOC) and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management from the University of Coventry, along with an Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick.
With a background in leadership, sales, and client relationship management, he has also shared his insights at international conferences, highlighting the synergy between EVOO and the yachting industry, and demonstrating his commitment to enhancing luxury experiences through innovative pairings.
