MAYOR OF VARI VOULA VOULIAGMENI
Grigoris Konstantellos has been actively involved in local government since 1990 and has served as Mayor of Vari Voula Vouliagmeni since 2014, being re-elected in 2019 and again in 2023 with 72%. In March 2024, he was elected First Vice Chairman of the Central Union of Municipalities in Greece (KEDE).
He holds a Commercial Pilot License, a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Finance from Panteion University, an MSc in Air Transport Management from City University London, and a PhD in ICT policy from the International School of Management in Paris. He has also completed postgraduate studies in Security Strategy at the National Defence School and Panteion University, as well as in Environmental, Disasters and Crisis Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He was born in Voula in 1967, is married to Konstantina Giatsis, and has three children.
