• President of VERNICOS YACHTS, company founded in 1975 and is a pioneer in the field of Greek yachting tourism.
• President of VERINA, company which specializes in small hotels in Sifnos.
• Secretary General of GREEK TOURISM CONFEDERATION(SΕΤΕ) and President of the Institute of SETE (INSETE).
• Μember of the Board of HELLENIC CHAMBER OF SHIPPING and HELLENIC PROFESSIONAL YACHT OWNERS ASSOCIATION. (Honorary President).
• Honorary President of Greek office of GREENPEACE.
• He has been President of ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COUNCIL OF GREECE. Since October 2020 he participates as a toursm representative in the European ESC.
