One page tribute in presentation format at the Special Edition Free Press Newspaper “Panhellenic Yachting Congress”, provided that the material is send no later than the 31st of October 2024. The material must be sent as following: 400 word text in Greek only, and 10 photos with the longest side of each photo to be at least 30cm / Resolution: 300dpi. The Newspaper will be also posted on the Congress’s official site. In the case a Sponsorship is agreed after the 1st of November 2024, then the Sponsor will be featured only at the web newspaper which will be posted on the Congress/s official site.

Projection of a 2’ corporate video at the Congress’s screens, provided that the video is sent no later than the 15th of December 2024. The video must be sent as following: File format mp4 or .mov / Ratio: 16:9 / Dimensions: 1920x1080 HD / Resolution: Full HD.

Sponsor featuring, at the Newsletters which will be sent from the Panhellenic Yachting Congress, during preparation months.

Mentioning and thanking of the Sponsor, by the Congress’s presenter, at the beginning, the end and at the Cocktail Party.

Logo featuring on the Congress’s Publicity Banner, along with all Sponsors, provided that the logo is sent no later than the 15th of December 2024. Two (2) free tickets for attending the Congress and two (2) free tickets for attending the Cocktail Party. Each ticket is individual and nontransferable. The names must be sent no later than the 10th of January 2025. In the case you wish more people to attend, it is mandatory to register and pay through the Congress’s official site.

Sponsor’s printed promotional material will be added in the Congress’s bag. The printed promotional material must be delivered by the Sponsor at the venue, on Wednesday the 19th of February 2025, between 10:00 – 13:00 hours. The Sponsor is responsible and obligated to remove the material immediately after the end of the Congress. The Organizers and the venue are not responsible for any damage/loss.

Info desk with the Sponsor’s logo, at the reception area of the venue where printed promotional material can be distributed. The printed promotional material must be delivered by the Sponsor at the venue, on Wednesday the 19th of February 2025, between 10:00 – 13:00 hours. The Sponsor is responsible and obligated to remove the material immediately after the end of the Congress. The Organizers and the venue are not responsible for any damage/loss. Please note, that in the case you wish to have a person/persons at the info desk during the Congress, you must either count them in the free tickets we provide you, or register them through the Congress’s official site.
